What counts as a workflow step?
One reasoning turn by one agent — typically one LLM call plus any tool invocations it triggers. A typical workflow runs 5–30 steps depending on complexity. Steps are metered consistently across all tiers.
How do step overages work?
If you exceed your monthly included steps, additional usage is billed at your tier's overage rate ($0.002/step on Pro, $0.0015 on Business). You can set hard caps in your dashboard to prevent surprise bills.
Do I bring my own model keys?
Either way works. Use LoopLlama's pooled model access (included, billed at a small markup), or attach your own provider keys to route specific roles and pay providers directly.
How do you handle our data?
Workflow inputs and outputs are encrypted at rest, scoped to your org, and never used to train models. Business adds tenant isolation and audit logs; Enterprise adds PII redaction and custom retention windows.
Can I run this on my own infrastructure?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan we offer single-tenant, VPC, and self-hosted deployments with the same APIs and SDKs.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
