Privacy Policy
Last updated May 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LoopLlama, Inc. (“LoopLlama,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, and API (the “Services”).
We've tried to keep this readable. If anything is unclear, email us at privacy@loopllama.ai.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, organization, and authentication credentials you provide when you sign up.
- Workflow data — the inputs you send to the API and the outputs, traces, and steps generated when your agents run.
- Connector data — when you connect a third-party service, the OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf, stored encrypted.
- Usage and billing data — metered workflow steps, API request metadata, and payment details processed by our payment provider.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, and device information collected automatically to operate and secure the Services.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To execute the workflows you trigger and return their results.
- To meter usage, process payments, and prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your workflow data to train models, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services: with model and infrastructure providers that process workflow steps on our behalf, with service providers under contract (such as payment and analytics processors), and when required by law. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. If LoopLlama is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow traces are retained according to your plan's retention window (for example, 7, 30, or 90 days), after which they are deleted or anonymized. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention windows. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate tenants at the data layer, and restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis. Learn more on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and to notify you promptly of incidents that affect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@loopllama.ai. We offer a Data Processing Addendum covering GDPR and CCPA obligations on request.
International transfers
We operate primarily in the United States. Where we transfer data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
