Elevated run latency in US-East

For ~35 minutes, workflow runs in US-East experienced increased queue times due to a model-provider slowdown. Throughput recovered after we shifted traffic to a secondary provider. No data was lost and all queued runs completed.

Scheduled database maintenance

Planned failover of the primary database during a low-traffic window. The API remained available in read-only mode for ~4 minutes. Completed without incident.
