The back office for MCA funders, staffed by agents.

LoopLlama runs crews of AI agents inside the tools your funding team already uses — Salesforce or HubSpot, Gmail, Twilio, Plaid, DocuSign, and your database — to triage submissions, collect stips, underwrite bank cash flow, send agreements, and keep every merchant moving. A human approves every send and every CRM write.

Across the deal lifecycle

From submission to renewal, without adding headcount.

01

Intake & triage

Read broker submissions and inbound inquiries as they land, extract merchant, amount, and revenue, dedupe against Salesforce, and create the Lead or Task in the right owner's queue.

02

Stips & underwriting

Request missing documents by email, nudge until they arrive, then pull the merchant's bank data through Plaid: monthly deposits, NSFs, existing positions, and a suggested advance range in an underwriting memo.

03

Offers & funding

Draft the approval or decline from the Opportunity, send the funding agreement through DocuSign, and confirm funding — each send pauses for a human Approve before it goes out.

04

Servicing & renewals

Follow up on missed payments and NSFs by email or text with the right tone, spot deals that stalled, and reach out for renewals when a merchant is 60% paid down.

Bank cash-flow underwriting

Four months of statements, summarized in one step.

Connect Plaid once. When a merchant links their bank, an agent pulls the accounts, picks the operating account, and computes what your underwriters actually look at: average monthly deposits, deposit consistency, NSF and overdraft fees, current balance, and recurring debits that look like existing positions. A second agent writes the memo and a suggested advance range, with every assumption stated.

  • Read-only access — agents never move money
  • Owner identity check against the applicant
  • Works in Plaid sandbox before you go live
  • Numbers come from the bank, not from the model

Human in the loop

Agents draft. Your team approves.

Turn on approval for a workflow and every sensitive action — sending an email, creating or updating a Salesforce record, writing a row — pauses the run and shows your operator exactly what the agent is about to do. Approve, reject with a reason, or answer the agent's question, from the dashboard or the API. Every step is recorded with its tool calls and tokens, so compliance can see who approved what.
